Every year, as the air turns crisp and twinkling lights brighten the streets, the team at Rathbone gathers for one of our most cherished traditions—the annual holiday luncheon. This year was no exception.
Our holiday luncheon included a delicious spread of Italian favorites like Ziti, Lasagna, and meatballs. This year, the Rathbone Team was treated with homemade desserts baked to perfection by one of our own, Emilie, who enjoys spreading holiday chear with tasty sweets.
As the team gathered to enjoy their lunch in the festively decorated training room, we reflected on the incredible journey we’ve shared with our customers, partners, and team. This season isn’t just about twinkling lights and festive treats—it’s about gratitude, connection, and looking forward to new beginnings.
A fun highlight of our holiday get-together was the holiday raffle—full of surprises, heartfelt gestures, and a few treasures. As the event wound down, we gathered for a year-end address by the President, Kathryn Orszulak, celebrating not just the season and company success, but the friendships, teamwork, and memories we’ve built together.
