One of the highlights of our anniversary year was recognizing our Quarter Century Club, those team members who have dedicated 25 years or more to our company. Their loyalty, hard work, and deep expertise have shaped who we are today. We extend our sincerest thanks to these outstanding individuals for their long-standing commitment.
This year also marked important progress in strengthening our safety culture and workplace environment. We made meaningful enhancements to our health and safety programs, reinforcing our commitment to ensuring that every employee goes home safe and healthy each day.
Additionally, we expanded and refined our ethics and conduct initiatives, underscoring our dedication to integrity, transparency, and doing what is right in every interaction.
