Rathbone Precision Metals Inc. has been fortunate with its dedicated workforce. Too often, job retention is perceived as a thing from the past, but even in 2025, our Quarter Century Club is going strong, and we proudly recognize these 10 employees who bring a total of 335 years of combined experience to the business.

They know their work centers, skillfully adjust and keep their work centers running, and offer creative solutions to challenges. Further, they are mentoring a new generation of manufacturing workers with a sense of purpose and pride that is proof of their dedication to the business.
This past Thursday, October 23, 2025, in honor of these employees Rathbone hosted our 28th annual celebratory dinner, we raised a glass to an extraordinary group of individuals: Our employees who have dedicated 25 or more years of their careers to Rathbone. As we celebrated their remarkable milestones, we reflected not only on their continued loyalty but on the amazing foundation they have built for our company.
A quarter-century in any role is an achievement worthy of admiration, and at Rathbone, it means so much more. These are the people who have seen our company grow through challenges and triumphs. They have been instrumental in shaping our culture, mentoring new talent, and upholding the values that make us who we are today.
Longevity in the workplace is increasingly rare, which makes the dedication of our veteran employees even more remarkable. They possess a wealth of institutional knowledge that has helped guide our strategic decisions, improved our processes, and ensured our success for decades.
Beyond their expertise, these employees represent a stable and committed core that strengthens our entire team. They serve as role models, demonstrating the kind of commitment and hard work that inspires all of us.
